Is the 37.22-meter prayer wheel worth a trip to Samten Hills Da Lat?

Standing 37.22 meters tall, the Great Prayer Wheel at Samten Hills is the world's largest prayer wheel and the main reason many visitors come here. But the Buddhist architecture and the hills of Don Duong are what make the trip worth a few hours.

Samten Hills Dalat is worth visiting if you want a few hours of Himalayan Buddhist architecture, mountain scenery, and a slower pace away from the city center. Allow about two to three hours inside the complex, plus travel time from Da Lat. If you only have two days in the city, consider whether this kind of experience interests you before setting aside half a day.

What is Samten Hills Dalat?

Samten Hills Dalat is a Buddhist cultural and spiritual complex set among the hills of Don Duong in Lam Dong Province, Vietnam. Its main attractions are the monumental structures inspired by Vajrayana Buddhism, along with exhibition spaces, Buddhist statues, gardens, and viewpoints overlooking the surrounding countryside.

The complex is outside Da Lat city. You cannot walk there from Xuan Huong Lake or Da Lat Market as you would to many attractions in the city center.

Samten Hills officially opened to visitors in March 2023. Its best-known landmark is the Drigung Kagyu Rinchen Khorchen Khorwe Go Gek Great Prayer Wheel, recognized as the world's largest prayer wheel.

Some visitors describe Samten Hills as a Tibetan temple near Da Lat. That gives a general idea of its appearance, but the description is incomplete. This is a purpose-built cultural and spiritual destination with Buddhist architecture, exhibition areas, prayer spaces, landscaped grounds, and visitor facilities.

You do not need to be Buddhist to visit.

The architecture alone can be interesting if you enjoy Himalayan art, religious buildings, or places that offer a quieter alternative to Da Lat's cafes and busy sightseeing areas.

However, Samten Hills is not an amusement park. There are no major thrill rides, extensive outdoor adventure activities, or a long trekking route.

It is best approached as a place to explore, observe, and learn rather than somewhere to fill an action-packed day.

The address changed following Vietnam's administrative reorganization in 2025. Some maps and older travel guides still use the name Tu Tra Commune. Both refer to the area where Samten Hills is located.

Why is the 37.22-meter Great Prayer Wheel special?

The main feature that distinguishes Samten Hills from other attractions around Da Lat is its enormous golden prayer wheel standing above the surrounding hills.

The structure measures 37.22 meters in height and 16.53 meters in diameter and weighs approximately 200 tonnes.

Its exterior is made of copper plated with 24-karat gold, decorated with intricate patterns and Buddhist mantras.

On December 11, 2022, Guinness World Records officially recognized it as the world's largest prayer wheel.

This record refers specifically to the prayer wheel. It does not mean Samten Hills is the world's largest Buddhist temple or has the tallest stupa.

The structure's purpose is just as important as its size.

In Tibetan Buddhist traditions, prayer wheels contain sacred texts or mantras. Turning a prayer wheel is associated with religious practice, prayer, and spiritual merit.

The enormous prayer wheel at Samten Hills is designed to be turned through human effort.

Visitors can learn about the tradition and observe how the structure is used within the spiritual complex.

Even if you know little about Vajrayana Buddhism, the scale is immediately striking.

From a distance, the golden structure rises above the surrounding buildings. Up close, you can see details in the decorative patterns that are difficult to distinguish from farther away.

The contrast between its size and the surrounding landscape also makes it particularly interesting for architectural photography.

Still, seeing the prayer wheel and taking a quick photograph will not necessarily take three hours.

What makes a longer visit worthwhile is the collection of Buddhist structures, exhibition areas, statues, and open spaces around it.

What is there to see at Samten Hills Dalat?

The heart of the site, Vajrayana architecture

A tiered temple hall with its lights on at dusk, hydrangeas in bloom out front.

This is the heart of Samten Hills, where many of the site's most important Buddhist structures are located.

The architecture is quite different from the Vietnamese Buddhist temples you might have visited in other parts of the country.

Expect vivid colors, carefully detailed decorative patterns, Himalayan Buddhist imagery, and spaces designed for religious practice.

The complex was developed with contributions from artisans and Buddhist masters from India and Nepal, alongside the people involved in its construction in Vietnam.

Take time to look at the buildings rather than moving straight from one photo spot to another.

You do not need to understand every Buddhist symbol before arriving.

The important distinction is that this is an active spiritual environment, not simply a collection of colorful buildings designed for tourists.

Some areas are intended for prayer or quiet reflection. Visitors should respect the signs and any guidance from staff.

Vajrayana Buddhist heritage exhibition hall

Allow around 20-30 minutes

The exhibition hall is one of the best places to visit after seeing the Great Prayer Wheel.

It introduces visitors to cultural and artistic traditions associated with Vajrayana Buddhism.

For international travelers who are not familiar with this Buddhist tradition, the exhibition provides useful context for the architecture and religious objects elsewhere in the complex.

It is worth allowing around 20-30 minutes here if you want to examine the displays at a comfortable pace.

This is also a useful stop during strong sunshine or light rain.

However, the exhibition hall should not be treated as a replacement for the outdoor attractions. Most of Samten Hills' major architectural features are spread across the hillside.

Maitreya Buddha and Amitayus Buddha statues

Samten Hills also contains Buddhist statues created in the Vajrayana artistic tradition.

One notable structure is the 10.5-meter-tall copper Maitreya Buddha statue.

Another is the statue of Amitayus Buddha, often associated with long life and longevity.

These are worth seeing if you are interested in Buddhist art or the differences between religious traditions across Asia.

The statues have distinctive details, postures, and decorative elements.

Rather than taking photographs from the nearest possible position, stand back where space allows and take in the complete structure.

You may get a better understanding of the statue's proportions and the surrounding architecture.

If people are praying nearby, leave them room and avoid walking between them and the religious objects.

OM Meditation Garden and butter lamp offerings

Go slowly and keep quiet

The OM Meditation Garden is another part of the spiritual complex.

Samten Hills also has an area for butter lamp offerings, a practice associated with Tibetan Buddhist traditions.

These spaces are not particularly suited to rushing through a checklist.

Visitors interested in Buddhist practice can learn about the activities available and the meaning behind them.

If you are visiting primarily as a traveler, it is still appropriate to observe quietly and follow the instructions displayed on site.

Some organized rituals or specialist experiences may belong to separate packages. Do not assume that every activity is included in a standard entrance ticket.

Hill of Joy and scenic viewpoints

Don Duong hill views, a break at Cafe Chiec La

Photo: Samten Hills Dalat

Samten Hills sits on hilly terrain overlooking the green countryside around Don Duong.

The scenery here is different from the famous lake and waterfall attractions of Da Lat.

You will mostly see rolling hills, trees, open skies, and Buddhist structures rising above the landscape.

On clear days, visibility can extend well beyond the immediate complex.

Under suitable weather conditions, low clouds or mist may appear around the hills in the morning.

However, it is not sensible to visit Samten Hills solely to see a sea of clouds.

Cloud formations are unpredictable, and an early arrival does not guarantee good conditions.

Cafe Chiec La, located around the Hill of Joy area, is somewhere you can stop for a drink after exploring.

Allowing around 20 minutes for a break is reasonable before returning to the visitor reception area.

Is Samten Hills Dalat worth visiting?

The answer depends largely on how long you are staying in Da Lat and what kind of travel experience you enjoy.

Worth visiting for Buddhist architecture and mountain scenery

Samten Hills is particularly suitable for three types of travelers.

The first group includes people interested in Buddhism, Himalayan religious architecture, and Buddhist sculpture.

The complex provides an opportunity to see architectural styles that are not common among mainstream tourist attractions in Da Lat.

The second group consists of travelers who prefer a slower itinerary.

If you enjoy walking through peaceful surroundings, examining buildings, and taking occasional breaks to admire the scenery, Samten Hills is a reasonable choice.

The third group includes international visitors interested in religious and cultural experiences.

Samten Hills offers a different perspective on Buddhist traditions in Vietnam, although its Vajrayana architecture should not be taken as representative of every Vietnamese temple.

For these visitors, the entrance fee can be worthwhile because there is enough to occupy several hours.

Consider skipping it on a very short trip

Samten Hills usually requires around five to six hours when transport is included.

That is a substantial part of a short Da Lat holiday.

If you are visiting the city for the first time and only staying one night, you may prefer to spend your time around Xuan Huong Lake, Da Lat Market, local cafes, and architectural landmarks in the center.

There is no need to include Samten Hills simply because the golden prayer wheel looks impressive in photographs.

Likewise, families with children who prefer playgrounds, active entertainment, or outdoor adventure activities may find that the journey takes more time than the activities justify.

Is it worth going just for photographs?

Possibly, but consider the overall cost.

Samten Hills has attractive photo opportunities, including the golden prayer wheel, colorful Buddhist architecture, and broad hillside views.

However, the destination is designed for more than photography.

If your plan is to take a handful of pictures and leave after 30 minutes, the entrance and transport costs may seem high.

On the other hand, photographers interested in religious architecture can spend considerably longer examining details, choosing compositions, and working with different lighting conditions.

Where is Samten Hills Dalat, and how far is it from the city center?

The current address is Kambute Hamlet, Don Duong Commune, Lam Dong Province, Vietnam.

The former address was Kambute Hamlet, Tu Tra Commune, Don Duong District, Lam Dong Province.

Tu Tra Commune was incorporated into Don Duong Commune as part of the administrative changes that took effect on July 1, 2025.

For navigation, search Google Maps for Samten Hills Dalat rather than using a general phrase such as "Tibetan temple."

From central Da Lat, around Xuan Huong Lake or Da Lat Market, the distance is approximately 35-40 km, depending on your starting point and route.

Allow roughly one hour each way by car.

Heavy traffic, rain, roadworks, or poor visibility can increase travel time.

Driving directions from central Da Lat

The basic route follows these roads:

  1. Leave central Da Lat toward Khe Sanh Street.
  2. Follow the direction of Mimosa Pass.
  3. Continue toward the Lien Khuong-Prenn road connection.
  4. At the Lien Khuong roundabout, follow the route toward National Highway 20.
  5. Turn onto Bong Lai Road and cross Tu Tra Bridge.
  6. Continue along Da Hoa Road toward Samten Hills.

Treat these directions as a general guide.

Check current navigation and road conditions before departure, as mountain roads and traffic arrangements can change.

The final approach passes through hilly countryside. Some sections may be narrower or less smooth than the main highways.

Avoid planning your arrival too close to the ticket counter's closing time.

Getting there from Lien Khuong Airport

Samten Hills is approximately 15 km from Lien Khuong Airport.

From the airport area, the general route follows National Highway 20 before turning toward Bong Lai Road, Tu Tra Bridge, and Da Hoa Road.

This makes Samten Hills a possible stop for travelers arriving by air before continuing to central Da Lat.

However, think about your luggage.

Do not assume that suitable storage facilities will be available for large suitcases or valuable belongings.

If you plan to visit directly from the airport, check storage arrangements with Samten Hills or your accommodation beforehand.

How to get to Samten Hills Dalat

Samten Hills Shuttle Bus

For one or two travelers who do not want to drive, the official shuttle is one of the simplest options.

Samten Hills operates a shuttle service between central Da Lat and the attraction.

The pickup and drop-off point in Da Lat is Samten Hills Boutique Villa at 11 Dong Da Street.

The 2026 shuttle schedule:

ServiceDeparture from Da LatReturn departure from Samten Hills
Morning shuttle8:00 AM1:00 PM
Afternoon shuttle2:30 PM7:30 PM

The 2026 round-trip shuttle price is VND 275,000 per person.

This applies to adults, children between 100 and 140 cm tall, and senior passengers.

Children under two years old travel free when sharing a seat with an adult.

The shuttle fare does not include admission to Samten Hills.

An adult paying VND 275,000 for admission and VND 275,000 for the round-trip shuttle would spend VND 550,000 before food or extra activities.

There are several conditions worth checking before booking:

  • Arrive at the departure point at least 15 minutes early.
  • Book before 4:00 PM on the day before your trip.
  • Each departure requires a minimum of two passengers.
  • Wait for confirmation of the shuttle service.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or exchanged.

The 8:00 AM shuttle is generally the easier choice for a first visit.

It allows you to see the main attractions during the morning and return to Da Lat in the early afternoon.

Remember that 1:00 PM is the return departure time from Samten Hills, not your arrival time back in Da Lat.

The 2:30 PM departure suits visitors who prefer afternoon light and want to stay until the early evening.

However, it also means returning to the city later at night.

Private car or taxi

A private car is a practical option for families, groups, and anyone who wants control over departure times.

The main advantage is flexibility.

If rain begins, someone becomes tired, or you finish earlier than expected, you can leave without waiting for a scheduled shuttle.

For groups of three or four, ask a local transport provider for a round-trip quote before deciding.

Compare the total vehicle cost with the combined shuttle fares for everyone traveling.

When requesting a quote, confirm whether the driver will wait at Samten Hills for two to three hours.

Also check the pickup location, waiting time, road tolls, and any additional charges.

Avoid booking only a one-way taxi without arranging your return.

Do not assume that a car will always be immediately available outside the attraction.

Riding a motorbike

A motorbike is best suited to travelers who are experienced on mountain roads and legally qualified to ride in Vietnam.

The journey from Da Lat toward Lien Khuong involves gradients, bends, and changing weather conditions.

Mist can reduce visibility in the morning, while roads outside built-up areas may become dark relatively early in the evening.

If you do not hold the appropriate motorcycle license or are uncomfortable with long mountain-road journeys, choose a car or shuttle instead.

International visitors must also check whether their driving license and any applicable international driving permit are legally recognized in Vietnam for the vehicle they intend to operate.

Renting a motorbike is not worth the risk simply to save a small amount of money, particularly when rain is forecast.

That difference is worth considering if you intend to eat breakfast or lunch at the attraction.

The menu includes dishes such as vegetarian crab-style noodle soup, taro noodle soup, beef pho, fried rice with beef, garlic shrimp fried rice, and beef noodle soup.

If you have already eaten breakfast and intend to return to central Da Lat for lunch, the standard ticket should be sufficient.

Other Samten Hills experiences

Samten Hills offers additional packages for visitors interested in cultural activities, spiritual practices, or longer stays.

For example, the Night at Samten Hills Dalat package costs VND 500,000 per adult in 2026.

The experience begins at 4:00 PM and includes activities such as butter lamp offerings, kora walking practice, and a vegetarian meal.

Other themed packages may combine activities for families, meals, or garden experiences.

For a straightforward first visit lasting half a day, there is little need to book a more expensive package.

Start with standard admission or Combo An.

Where can you buy Samten Hills tickets?

Tickets are available through the official Samten Hills booking system and at the visitor reception area.

The official booking website is ticket.samtenhills.vn.

If you are planning your trip around a particular time, confirm the schedule directly before traveling.

How much time do you need at Samten Hills Dalat?

Most first-time visitors should allow approximately two to three hours inside the complex.

Including the journey from central Da Lat, the outing usually takes most of a morning or afternoon.

Recommended morning itinerary by private car

This schedule works well if you want to return to Da Lat around lunchtime.

  7. 11:15 AM-12:15 PM

    Back to Da Lat

    Return to central Da Lat

This is a suggested itinerary, not an official tour schedule.

Travel times and the order of activities may vary depending on weather, internal shuttle waiting times, and your preferred pace.

Families with young children and visitors with limited mobility should allow extra breaks.

Half-day itinerary using the official shuttle

For the morning shuttle, arrive at 11 Dong Da Street before 7:45 AM.

The bus leaves at 8:00 AM and has a return departure from Samten Hills at 1:00 PM.

Depending on the actual journey time, this provides enough time for the main attractions, a short break, and lunch before leaving.

There is no need to rush through every part of the site.

Start with the Great Prayer Wheel and the exhibition hall, then spend the remaining time at the statues and scenic areas.

Avoid booking another activity in central Da Lat for exactly 1:30 PM.

You will still be traveling back from Don Duong after the shuttle's 1:00 PM departure.

The shuttle itinerary is best treated as a morning and early-afternoon outing.

Should you spend a full day here?

A full day is mainly useful if you are joining specialized spiritual or cultural programs, spending more time on the grounds, or combining sightseeing with a longer dining experience.

For standard admission, most visitors do not need to stay from morning until evening.

An attraction can have plenty to see without requiring an entire day.

It is better to spend three comfortable hours exploring the areas that interest you than to stretch the visit simply because you have already traveled a long distance.

Is morning or afternoon better for Samten Hills?

Morning: the easier choice for first-time visitors

Morning is usually the simplest time to plan a visit.

Temperatures in the highlands are often more comfortable earlier in the day, and there is more flexibility if transport is delayed.

A visit between roughly 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM is a practical choice for exploring outdoor structures.

This is an itinerary recommendation, not a guarantee of good weather.

Visitors interested in misty hillside photographs can consider arriving earlier, but should first check conditions and arrange suitable transport.

The 8:00 AM shuttle is not ideal if your main objective is sunrise photography.

Afternoon: better for late-day light

Samten Hills has several buildings positioned on open hillsides, so afternoon light can create different photographic conditions from the morning.

You could arrive around 2:30 or 3:00 PM, visit the principal buildings, and spend the later part of the afternoon enjoying the scenery.

Photo: Fanpage Samten Hills Dalat
At dusk the prayer wheel tower lights up, with flags and lamp posts lining the hillside paths.

However, afternoon conditions are not always better.

Rain, fog, and heavy cloud cover can develop in Da Lat and nearby areas, particularly during the rainy season.

If you use the afternoon shuttle returning at 7:30 PM, prepare for an evening journey back to the city.

Is Samten Hills worth visiting during the rainy season?

Yes, provided the weather is reasonably stable.

The main appeal of Samten Hills comes from its outdoor architecture and open hillside setting.

Long periods of rain can significantly limit that experience.

If the forecast indicates heavy rain, thunderstorms, or poor visibility, consider visiting on another day rather than forcing the trip into your schedule.

Food and drinks at Samten Hills Dalat

Samten Hills has several dining facilities, including a vegetarian restaurant, a dining area near visitor reception, and Cafe Chiec La.

If you want a vegetarian meal, Samten Hills Vegetarian Restaurant is the most obvious place to consider.

Eating at the attraction can be convenient if you would rather avoid a separate lunch stop on the way back to Da Lat.

For a simple meal with admission included, Combo An is an easy way to estimate your budget.

Morning visitors can use the package's meal service before 2:00 PM.

Cafe Chiec La is more suitable for a short break and a drink after exploring the main structures.

Do not assume that all dishes served throughout Samten Hills are vegetarian.

Combo An includes both vegetarian and meat-based options, so check the menu when ordering.

Visitors following a strict vegetarian diet, managing food allergies, or observing specific dietary requirements should confirm ingredients with the restaurant.

For a three-hour visit, there is no need to build an elaborate dining itinerary.

You can eat breakfast in Da Lat before leaving and return to the city for lunch.

If you choose a meal package, however, allow at least 30-45 minutes to eat without rushing to catch the shuttle.

Practical things to know before visiting

Dress appropriately for a spiritual site

Samten Hills contains active Buddhist spaces, so modest clothing is a sensible choice.

A shirt covering the shoulders, long trousers or a skirt below the knees, and comfortable walking shoes will work well.

Individual areas may have their own rules regarding footwear, photography, filming, or religious activities.

Follow posted signs and instructions from staff.

Avoid bringing too many bulky accessories.

You will be moving between different parts of the complex and may need to use the internal shuttle.

Visiting with older travelers

Samten Hills can be visited by older travelers, but the route should be planned around their mobility.

Prioritize the main attractions and use the internal shuttle service rather than trying to walk every path on the hillside.

There is no need to see every corner of the complex.

If someone in your group uses a wheelchair or has difficulty with stairs, contact Samten Hills before visiting to confirm accessible routes.

Do not assume that every building is easily accessible simply because some areas appear level in photographs.

Visitors over 65 should also bring identification if they intend to purchase the senior ticket.

Visiting with young children

Children may enjoy the enormous prayer wheel, Buddha statues, and open landscape.

However, most activities involve observation, walking, and learning rather than active entertainment.

Families should bring suitable snacks, drinking water, and allow time for breaks.

For younger children, there is no reason to insist on spending three full hours at the attraction.

Seeing the main buildings and leaving before everyone becomes tired can be a better plan.

Photography and visitor etiquette

The major structures at Samten Hills are large, so many photographs work better when taken from farther away.

For the Great Prayer Wheel, try including the surrounding hills and pathways to show the structure's scale.

Avoid stepping in front of people who are praying or meditating just to get a better photograph.

Do not touch religious statues or displayed objects without permission.

If you want to use large tripods, professional filming equipment, or drones, check the site's rules and applicable Vietnamese regulations beforehand.

Preparing for highland weather

The weather on the hills around Don Duong can differ from conditions in central Da Lat.

Bring a light jacket, shoes with good grip, sun protection, and a compact raincoat.

Even on relatively cool days, some open sections may receive strong sunshine.

Checking the weather forecast and road conditions before departure is more important than planning your outfit around the golden color of the prayer wheel.

How much does a half-day trip to Samten Hills cost?

Admission costs are straightforward.

The main variable is transport between central Da Lat and Samten Hills.

One adult traveling by shuttle

ExpenseCost
Standard admission in 2026VND 275,000
Round-trip shuttle in 2026VND 275,000
Total before mealsVND 550,000

This is the basic cost based on the attraction's listed rates.

If you choose Combo An instead of standard admission, the total for admission, a meal, and the round-trip shuttle is VND 615,000 per adult.

Two adults traveling by shuttle

Two standard admission tickets cost VND 550,000.

Two round-trip shuttle tickets cost another VND 550,000.

The total is VND 1,100,000 for two adults, excluding additional food or services.

Two adults and one child between 100 and 140 cm tall

Admission costs VND 740,000 for two adults and one child.

If all three passengers use the shuttle at the 2026 rate, the combined shuttle fare is VND 825,000.

The total is VND 1,565,000 for admission and round-trip transport.

Families of three or more should compare this with a private car quote.

A private car may be more convenient, particularly with young children or older passengers.

However, you need an actual quote before deciding which option costs less.

There is no single reliable taxi fare for every departure point, vehicle type, and driver waiting arrangement.

Samten Hills Dalat review: what makes it worthwhile?

For a half-day outing, Samten Hills has three clear strengths.

The first is the Great Prayer Wheel.

Its Guinness World Record is a genuine distinction, and the structure was created for religious and cultural purposes rather than simply as a tourist photo backdrop.

The second is the Vajrayana Buddhist architecture.

The complex includes religious structures, statues, and decorative traditions that may be unfamiliar even to travelers who have visited many Buddhist temples elsewhere in Vietnam.

People interested in religion, art history, or Asian cultures can find plenty to examine.

The third advantage is the hillside setting.

Visitors can combine architecture and countryside views within one complex, without needing to drive between multiple distant attractions.

The biggest drawback is the distance from Da Lat.

Traveling from the area around Xuan Huong Lake involves roughly two hours on the road for a round trip.

Add three hours of sightseeing, and the outing occupies a significant part of the day.

Cost is another consideration.

For one adult using the official shuttle, standard admission and round-trip transport total VND 550,000 before meals.

That is not an insignificant amount for a short visit.

Samten Hills therefore makes the most sense for travelers who specifically want a Buddhist cultural and scenic experience.

It does not need to appear on every Da Lat itinerary.

Is Samten Hills suitable for international tourists?

Yes, particularly for travelers who enjoy Buddhist culture, religious architecture, and destinations outside busy urban areas.

The attraction uses the English name Samten Hills Dalat and provides English-language information about its structures and selected services on its official website.

International visitors should check ticket booking procedures, payment methods, and shuttle conditions before traveling.

If you want a detailed explanation of the religious significance of the buildings, ask whether a suitable guided experience is available.

Do not confuse Samten Hills with an ancient monastery that has existed for hundreds of years.

It is a relatively new cultural and spiritual complex that opened to visitors in 2023, although its architecture and religious traditions draw on a much longer history.

Where should Samten Hills fit into your Da Lat itinerary?

For a three-day, two-night trip to Da Lat, the second day is often the easiest time to visit Samten Hills.

You can spend the first day checking into your accommodation and exploring the city center.

On the second day, head to Samten Hills in the morning and return to Da Lat in the early afternoon.

Keep the final day relatively light so you are not rushing before checking out or catching your return transport.

For a two-day, one-night trip, think carefully before including it.

Samten Hills can take up most of your available sightseeing time.

It is also not a good idea to combine the complex with too many attractions located in different directions outside Da Lat.

You may end up spending more time in a vehicle than at the places you wanted to see.

If you have a private driver and want to include another stop, choose somewhere that genuinely fits your route.

Check the driving directions between the attractions rather than looking only at their distance from central Da Lat.

For a relaxed day, Samten Hills can comfortably be the only major destination on your morning schedule.

Planning your half-day visit to Samten Hills

Search for Samten Hills Dalat on your map, choose a day with a relatively dry weather forecast, and allow around three hours inside the complex. If you are not hiring a private car, check availability for the 8:00 AM shuttle departing from 11 Dong Da Street, then book your transport and admission for the same date through the official Samten Hills ticketing system.

FAQ

How far is Samten Hills from central Da Lat?
